ABOUT
My practice focuses on family and child protection law. In my family law practice, I help clients navigate the challenges that arise with the breakdown of a relationship, including divorce, division of assets, child and spousal support, custody and guardianship, and parenting arrangements. I appear regularly in BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court.
In my child protection practice, I assist parents and grandparents whose families have been disrupted by MCFD, such as when a child has been unjustly removed from the home or when MCFD is attempting to impose unreasonable conditions on a family.
I articled and practiced under a leading family law lawyer before opening my own office in 2016.
I received my B.A. (Honours) in Philosophy from the University of British Columbia. I attended law school at the University of Manitoba where I obtained my J.D. While at law school I received various academic awards and clerked at the Court of Queen’s Bench.
